My experience working with Twila was awesome! I’m a first time buyer using a VA Loan, and Twila Made the process very easy. She found solutions to each problem we faced and was extremely communicable! She has a very helpful and large network allowing her to leverage her network during the pre-approval and negotiation stages. I am so thankful for her and her team. This is one of the biggest decisions of my life and she did not sugarcoat any issues we faced. She is a real problem solver, and was able to quickly navigate through the processes and was able to help me avoid making a very expensive mistake.

Twila was initially my daughter’s selling & buying real estate agent. I was so impressed with her knowledge & expertise, I naturally chose her to purchase my vacation home (conviently down the street from my daughter!). Twila worked her magic & kept my expectations realistic. I have bought many properties over the years & can honestly say she is the best realtor I have ever worked with. Her service didn’t end with the close of escrow, she helped me with contractors for services. This was greatly appreciated given that I live in another state!

Twila has been nothing short of incredible! She is so attentive, considerate, competent, and goes above and beyond for her clients! I have had an amazing experience working with Twila on my home search. She is a fantastic advocate and always does what she can to make the process and experience as seamless and enjoyable as possible for her clients, and that is very much appreciated! She has set the bar incredibly high for a real estate agent, and I can only hope that others are half the agent she is! She is very well-informed and knowledgeable, and extremely caring and kind on top of that.

VA loan + First time buyer here! Let me start off by saying Twila made this process nearly seamless and was able to pull resources in her network to solve some difficult problems at the beginning of the purchasing process. She is extremely honest, and did not sugarcoat anything about each property. One of the first properties we looked at was just about everything I could have asked for. However, it was overvalued and we came up with a plan while bidding to keep me from absorbing high closing costs. We stuck with the plan and ended up looking away from that property to the one I ended up purchasing. Twila was absolutely right about the possible overvaluation of the other property and that is proven by the fact that the other property is still on the market and the ask price is decreasing. I cannot express how thankful I am for Twila, her team and her network. There is nothing more frustrating than pessimistic outlooks from those who are supposed to be helping you make one of the biggest steps forward in your life. Twila and her team did not approach any of the issues as roadblocks, but rather a new landscape to traverse and were incredibly communicative!
