Twila and her team began working with us to sell our new build in Goodyear AZ. They are an amazing professional group to work with. Twila was up front with any potential obstacles she saw with the current housing market and competing with incentives the builders currently operating in our community are offering. Due to our own personal life events, we had to go a different direction than selling at this time. Twila stayed beside us and offered us resources to assist with the next steps for our family. She put our needs first and continues to be a resource on our new path.

As a Mortgage Broker for over 30 years, I have worked with several Real Estate Agents, but Twila Lukavich really stood out to me. In a Real Estate transaction, there are several moving parts and at times we come across challenges that could possibly cause delays or worse case, cancel the transaction. Twila, as the Listing Agent, continued to work together as a Team without reluctance and we closed on time for all parties involved. Twila's committment to our Veteran's in our community, her clients and willingness to be a team player from both sides of the transaction was refreshing, thank you Twila!!

My experience as a first time homebuyer was truly great thanks to my realtor Twila Lukavich. She really made every step of the process so much easier for me to get through with the very little experience I had. She answered every single question and concern I had all throughout which really eased my mind along the way. She kept me in the loop with everything, simplified and explained everything to me thoroughly with great patience and professionalism. She was just always there anytime you needed her, always had my back when speaking on my behalf, really caring about my best interests and with guidance on every decision.
